Like the great and beautiful Ohio River, or "OYO" (oh-why-oh) as it was called by the Iroquois, we all have abundant gifts of strength, flow, transformation, regeneration and sustenance within to guide us in developing our most optimal “Health in Harmony.”
With this vision, Emily is dedicated to offering individualized treatments and programs integrating more than 20 years of education and experience in the movement arts, yoga, meditation and manual therapy that provide relief and resiliency through pain and ease the cumulative effects of everyday stress on the body and mind.
Yoga & Meditation
