Calling all service industry workers, bank tellers, healthcare professionals, retail workers, and anyone who has to stand all day at work! Do your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and/or back hurt during/after your shift? Do you feel sluggish and are ready to crawl into bed after a long day at work, only to find that you have a hard time getting to sleep? Allison has been there and feels your pain. Join her every Monday night where we will practice yoga asanas (poses) and therapeutic-style exercises to alleviate the symptoms of being on your feet all day. No toe-touching or prior yoga experience necessary to feel the wonderful benefits! If you think you’re too inflexible, too tired, or too stressed out for yoga—this is the perfect series for you.
Wednesdays with Emily

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga that adapts postures through creative use of a chair. Poses are done seated or the chair is used for support during standing and balancing postures, and with transitioning to the ground for gentle floor work. Emphasis will be on breathing, balance, gentle strengthening and taking things at your own pace. Chair Yoga is wonderful for ALL levels of students, including seniors, anyone with some mobility limitations, beginners, or the more seasoned student desiring a grounding and slower mindful movement practice.
O-Y-O Slow Flow
Wednesdays with Emily
5:30 - 6:30pm
This slow but powerful vinyasa-inspired class follows a basic sequence of yoga poses that allows students to practice moving the body and breath together in a mindful way. It is suitable for beginners yet still appropriate for the more seasoned yoga student with focus on strength and alignment, while creating space and a sense of ease in the body and mind. Classes include a combination of mindful yoga postures, breathing exercises, restorative yoga, visualization and meditation.
Private Individual or Small Group Yoga Session
$175 for 3 one-hour private classes (scheduled up-front)
$70 for one class (1 - 7 students)
($10 per person for one class with 8 - 10 students)
Each session incorporates a series of yoga postures, mindful movements, breathing exercises and guided meditation practices to facilitate mobility, stability, rejuvenation and ease in the body and mind. During private individual classes, Emily will work one-on-one with students on developing a personal yoga and meditation practice to cultivate self-care and resiliency through stress and its disruptive effects on our health. Suitable for all ages and experience levels.
