Greetings and thank you for your interest in my therapeutic services and for your willingness to take part in transforming your own health and well-being by incorporating Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation practices and education into your daily life. I have had the great pleasure of witnessing the positive effects for numerous clients and students over more than a decade from incorporating holistic modalities and the wisdom of ancient practices supported by modern health science and research. Combined with my own deeply personal experiences with these healing practices, I am dedicated to serving others on developing their physical/mental/emotional health and wellness paths.

Integrating the various manual therapy techniques, yoga, movement and holistic health influences from my education and experiences, I work with each client to create individualized treatments and programs to assist you in finding relief from pain, building resiliency through pain, and easing the cumulative effects of acute and chronic stress on the body and mind.
